Jesus Christ calls us to separation, a life of holiness. We are separate people, a holy people, called unto Him for His purpose. The Apostle Paul writes in 2nd Corinthians 6:14 "Do not be bound together with unbelievers; for what partnership have righteousness and lawlessness, or what Fellowship has light with darkness? Or what harmony has Christ with Belial, or what as a believer in common with an unbeliever" Or what agreement has the temple of God with idols? For we are the Temple of the Living God; just as God, I will dwell in them and walk among them and I will be their God and they shall be My people. Therefore come out from their midst and be separate says the Lord, and do not touch what is unclean, and I will welcome you. And I will be a father to you and you shall be sons and daughters to Me says the Lord Almighty."
Jesus is calling us to dedicate our lives to Him, to separate ourselves unto Him, to walk with Him; not to socialize with the world, not to be conformed to the world. The Apostle James wrote in James 4:4 "You adulteresses, do you not know that friendship with the world is hostility toward God? Therefore whoever wishes to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God. Or do you think that the scripture speaks to no purpose, He jealously desires the Spirit which He has made to dwell in us."
Jesus does not call us to fellowship with other believers. He calls us into fellowship with Himself; to walk with Him. We must become like Jesus, not like other believers. We have to separate ourselves unto Him. We must not be like the world or go after the things of the world, we have to separate ourselves unto Jesus so that we can be pleasing to Him. We can only walk with Jesus if we separate ourselves unto Him. If we socialize and fellowship with worldly Christians then our fellowship is not with Jesus but with people. We have to separate ourselves unto Jesus, listen to Him, be tuned in to Him and He will speak to us, He will guide us and He will teach us. We are called to be Saints, who follow our Lord and Master Jesus Christ.

Most Christian believers will not enter heaven because they never followed Jesus. Faith without works is dead. Real faith in Jesus leads to action. Those who truly believe in Jesus obey Him, repent, stop sinning, live holy, are baptized in water and live according to His teachings, as also recorded in the gospels, Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. They seek to please Him and He gives His Holy Spirit in them to guide them into serving Him. They hear His voice and they follow Him. They are His sheep, His true disciples.
Do you just believe in Jesus or do you know His voice and follow Him? Have you become a disciple of Jesus Christ?

If you hear the gospel of Jesus Christ and you take Him seriously then there will be some serious and severe consequences, because you will be changed inside, if you except Jesus Christ and you are born again. You will not be the same person anymore, you will be a new creature. You will not have the same taste for sin, for the things of the world, for the same friends, and the same activities, same desires, the same ambitions anymore. You will be different. You will have different values. That happened to me when I took Jesus Christ seriously. I changed, I was a different person. At work I was a different person; I was not the same fun person anymore. I did not enjoy the same things with the same people anymore. I did not participate in the same idle chatter, I was different and there were consequences. I was a senior manager at a big company and my boss called me in, he said to me:"What has happened to you? You are not the same person anymore," and I said to him: "I have met Jesus and I realized that I was heading the wrong way, but I've turned around, I'm going a different direction I want to be pleasing to Jesus." My boss said to me:"You do not fit in here anymore. I want your resignation, right now." I was fired. That was one of the consequences of my faith of believing in Jesus, of being born again and the consequences have not changed. I've been rejected by friends, by family. I have been hated, I've been persecuted, because I do not fit in anymore. I have a different outlook on life, I am NOT of the world, I am of Jesus Christ. I want to be pleasing to Him. I do not care for the same things anymore. There will be consequences when you decide to follow Jesus Christ. When Jesus sends you where He wants to use you, you will have to obey and go where He sends you. When He tells you to do something you will have to do it, you will have to obey Him. That is one of the consequences.
Those consequences never stop. If you believe in Jesus Christ and you go after Him then many things will happen to you, many things will happen in and through your life there will be consequences. If you follow Jesus Christ your life will be eventful.
Many people say they believe in Jesus Christ for salvation but nothing changed. Their life didn't change, they didn't change, everything is just the same. They are as worldly and as sinful as they used to be. They never changed, because they never really believed. If you you believe in Jesus Christ you will be changed, you will be a new creature. You will be a child of God and you will constantly seek to do His will. You will not be at home in this world anymore. You will not enjoy the pleasures of sin.
Many people say they believe in Jesus and they say they love Him, but they battle with sin. If you follow Jesus Christ you will suffer and if you have suffered the consequences of following Jesus Christ then you will not have desire for sin anymore. You will desire to be pleasing to Jesus. If you have seen the kingdom of God, if you have met Jesus Christ for real you will be changed. You will have a different view of life, you will have your sights set on the kingdom of heaven and you will be seeking to please Jesus, your Lord and your Master because you will know Him for real. That is the consequence of getting to know Jesus Christ. You will be a new creature.

The wages of sin is death. The soul that sins will DIE, will PERISH. Therefor if we keep on sinning we must die, that is God's law. Jesus Christ came to make us FREE FROM SIN, to TAKE AWAY THE SINS OF THE WORLD and if we accept Jesus Christ then He forgives our past sin but He also makes us free from the bondage of sin.
Sinners cannot stop sinning because they are in the bondage of sin. Jesus Christ makes us FREE from the bondage of sin. He who sins is a slave to sin and therefor if the Son of God has set you free you will be free and free indeed.
Jesus Christ set me free from addiction to tobacco about thirty years ago. On my own I tried to stop smoking but I could not. I tried many times without success, but when I submitted myself to Jesus and I said:"Lord I cannot stop smoking. I am a slave to this addiction" then Jesus Christ set me free. If we submit ourselves to Jesus and take a stand against sin then He empowers us. I could not stop smoking but the day that I submitted myself to Jesus Christ and I spoke to that demon, that smoke demon, and I said to him:"You are not my boss any more, I do not want you any more," he left me and I was free.
If we submit ourselves to Jesus Christ and we obey Him, we repent and are baptized in water and filled with the Holy Spirit then Jesus gives us POWER over sin. He sets us free and we can bind satan. The power of the Holy Spirit works in and through us.
The day that I bound that smoke demon, when I told it to go, it left and I did not have a craving for smoking after that . It just left me. I had the authority of Jesus in me because I submitted to Jesus and I took a stand against the addiction. I did not want it any more.
People keep on sinning because they love their sin but if you take a stand on the side of Jesus Christ against sin and you rebuke that desire for sin in you then Jesus sets you free, but you have to submit to Jesus. You have to OBEY Him You have to REPENT and be BAPTIZED IN WATER then you will have authority over satan because satan knows that if you are disobedient to Jesus then you have no authority over him. If you submit to Jesus you can rebuke the desire for sin and you can be free from sin because if you keep on sinning you will PERISH. You have to take a STAND against sin. You have to renounce sin and you have to stand for Jesus and go after Him. You have to seek holiness and righteousness and the power of Christ will work in you.
If you do not take a stand against sin and if you look for an excuse to sin then you are still on satan's side and you will never stop sinning because you are still a sinner.
Have you taken a stand on the side of Jesus Christ, on the side of righteousness? Do you hate sin because you realize that if you keep on sinning you will perish. Take your stand for Jesus, repent , turn from your evil ways, submit to Jesus, be baptized in water for the washing off of your sin and you will have authority over satan. you will have authority over addictions. you will have authority over demons and you will cast them out in the name of Jesus Christ.
On which side are you? On Jesus' side, or on the side of the enemy? Take your stand and Jesus Christ will set you free.

Many Christian believers are living godless, reckless lives and they still believe that they have eternal life, that they have salvation. They are living under false security. They have been deceived by the devil. They base their faith and their belief that they are saved on what other people have told them, on some Bible verses that they quote but these people do not know Jesus Christ. Jesus warned that very few people will be saved. Narrow is the door that leads to LIFE and FEW there be that find it. Entering the Kingdom of heaven is NOT EASY. The requirements to be a child of God are extremely strict. It is like running a marathon.
Many people enroll for the marathon and many start running. Many people think that they will be able to complete it but very few make it in time. Following Jesus Christ is the same. Many start following Jesus but very very FEW ENDURE with Him until the end.
Many have FALSE SECURITY because they belong to a church, or because they have said a SINNER'S PRAYER, they have been baptized in water, some have received the gift of tongues and they speak in tongues and because they speak in tongues they think that they have security of salvation. THERE IS NO SECURITY! The only security is Jesus Christ. We have to follow Him every day. Jesus said:"Whoever WISHES to come after Me must DENY himself, pick up his cross EVERY DAY and come here FOLLOW ME."
If we do not go after Jesus every day and follow Him until the very end then we will not have eternal life. Many people make marriage vows. Very few of those people stay together until the end, they are unfaithful. Jesus is faithful to us but if we are unfaithful to Him, if we deny Him, HE WILL REJECT US! Then we are not suitable. The Grace of God is NO A LICENSE TO SIN. If we keep on turning away from Jesus there will come a day that we die away from Him and when we stand in front of Him, He will say to us:"Go away I never knew you."
Entering the Kingdom of Heaven is NOT EASY. Very few people will make it, only those who endure with Jesus UNTIL THE VERY END, those who do His will, who LISTEN to His VOICE, who FOLLOW Him, You need confirmation EVERY DAY from Jesus that He is pleased with you. You need to look after your relationship with Jesus above everything else. If Jesus is not pleased with you, you WILL NOT ENTER the Kingdom of HEAVEN. Are you pleasing to the Master?

Many believers have never really met Jesus. Many people who call themselves Christians have never come to true repentance Unless you have cried before Jesus for your sins, unless you have come with remorse, truly sorry, crying out to God for mercy you haven't repented, my friend.
Just believing in Jesus doesn't save you. You've got to be sorry for your sins, you've got to turn away from it. You've got to cry out to God until the peace of Jesus Christ comes into your heart. There is no easy, way God is not mocked. He knows whether you're sorry for your sins or not. Most Christians are not sorry for their sins. They are sorry that they can't sin anymore. They haven't come to repentance, they haven't found Jesus Christ yet. If you want to come to Christ and have the reality of Christ in your heart, you've got to repent with all your heart, my friend. You've got to cry out to Jesus Christ.
King David was a man of God and he knew about that. We read in Psalm 51 verse 10, he says: Create in me a clean heart O God and renew a steadfast spirit within me. Do not cast me away from Thy presence and do not take Thy Holy Spirit from me. Restore to me the joy of Thy salvation and sustain me with a willing spirit, then I will teach transgressors Thy ways and sinners will be converted to Thee." Why can Christians not bring other sinners to conversion? Because they themselves have never repented from sin, they've never come to God and cried out for their sin. They're still living in sin. They are sinners themselves they are not redeemed. They are stuck in sin, they've never repented. they've never cried before God.
We read in Psalm 32 . David also says, Psalm 32 verse 3: When i kept silent about my sin, my body wasted away, through my groaning all day long, for day and night Thy hand was heavy upon me. My vitality was drained away as with a fever heat of summer. acknowledged my sins to Thee and my iniquity I did not hide. I said I will confess my transgression to the Lord and Thou didst forgive the guilt of my sin."
My friend,you've got to come like David and you got to pour out your heart before God. You've got to cry out to Him for mercy and then the peace of God will come into your heart, if you're truly remorseful if you cry before Jesus. You've got to go on your face and cry out to God and then He will come to you and He will put peace in you, but if you don't do that if you don't empty yourself the peace of God will not come into your heart. God does not live with sin. You've got to reject sin.
You've got to utterly empty yourself, get rid of that sin. Get it out of you, reject it, like filth, like trash , or else you haven't repented yet. No tears, no repentance, no forgiveness, my friend. He says in 1 John 1:8 "if we say that we have no sin we are deceiving ourselves and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say that we have not sinned we make Him to a liar and His word is not in us." True repentance, my friend, means that you come before God in remorse, you cry out to Him. You keep on crying until the Peace of Christ comes into art and if you ever received peace yet you haven't got forgiveness yet, my friend. Then you've got to cry out to Jesus. Be truly washed out and then His peace will come into your. If you haven't had that peace yet, if you haven't cried before God, my friend, then you don't know Jesus Christ yet. Then you haven't felt His tender hand in you yet, then you have still got that crust of sin around your heart. That's why your heart is so hard my friend. Go before Jesus and break down. Break that cast in your heart. Cry before God until His peace comes through the cracks into heart and softens it and then you will have love for your neighbor you'll have the love and the peace of Jesus Christ in your heart.

If you follow Jesus Christ, obey Him and do what is right, you will suffer in this world. You will suffer persecution, rejection, pain; you will be hated and despised by all men. Jesus said that in this world you will have tribulation. Those who follow Jesus Christ must go through much tribulation, through much testing and trails, and if they stay with Him, He will give them the power to overcome.
Those who endure with Jesus until the end will receive the prize of eternal life. If we stay with Jesus and we endure with Him then we will receive our reward at the appointed time, but if we withdraw from Jesus, if we deny Him, if we do it is wrong, then He will have no pleasure in us. If we deny Him, He will deny us. If we do not continue to follow and obey Him until the very end, then we are not worthy of Him. We are called to be light in darkness. We are called to be salt, to be the preserving agent in a world that is a rotting away. If our light is darkness then we are darkness. If we are not salt, then we are worthless. As Jesus said: If the salt has lost its saltiness it is good for nothing and people throw it on the streets, and they tread on it, they trample on it.
We must be light and salt, we must endure with Jesus, go through whatever He puts us through, wherever He guides us. We must endure suffering and pain and stay with Jesus until the very end to be worthy of Him and to enter into His kingdom. Do not grow weary, do not give up. Stay focused on Jesus do not seek the approval of men, but seek the approval of Jesus, endure with Him so that you will win the prize of eternal life that is preserved for those who overcome. Only those who overcome a worthy of Jesus. Only who overcome will inherit His kingdom and share in his glory.

The world is full of fakes. Not only do we have a fake news and fake churches, fake gospel. We also have fake Christians, people who do not know Jesus Christ. They talk about their relationship with Jesus Christ, but they have no relationship with Jesus. So their relationship is a fake relationship. If you ask them whether they know His voice, and whether they follow Him, they will tell you that He speaks through the Bible.
They have no relationship with Jesus, they do not know Him. They do not serve Him, they do not fear Him. If they knew Him then they would serve Him, with fear, with utter respect. But they are fake Christians, they are not disciples of Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ does not speak through your preacher, neither does He speak through your Bible. He speaks through His Spirit. Those who are being led by the Spirit of God they are the children of God. God speaks by His Spirit; He speaks directly to those who know Him. Jesus said:"My sheep hear My voice, they listen to Me, and follow Me."Those are the ones who have a real relationship with the Living God, with the King of kings and the Lord of lords. They are children of God, they are the ones who are born again, who see the kingdom of God, because they have been born again. They hear the Master's voice, because they know the Master. They listen to Him, they obey Him and follow Him. Their business is to do the will of God, because they have a real relationship with a living God. He speaks to them, He guides them, He teaches them, He gives them understanding. They are not of this world, they are all the kingdom of God, because they follow the Master, they are in a real living relationship with the Living God. They serve their Master, Jesus Christ.
Most preachers do not know the voice of Jesus. I have asked many and they say:"No, He doesn't speak." They just don't know Him. Very few people have a real relationship with Jesus Christ, with the Living God, and that is what Jesus called us for, that is why He sent His Holy Spirit to be in us, to be with us, to teach us, to guide us, into all truth, to tell us things to come, but very few are interested. Many do not know. Many had bad examples, many have been deceived by religious people, who themselves were lost. Jesus Christ is the only way; without Jesus we can do nothing. Jesus warned that in that day many will say to Him:"Lord, Lord we prophesied in Your Name, we healed the sick" and He will say to them:"Go away, I never knew you, you workers of wickedness." They never knew Him, they never followed Him. Many have had guidance from the Holy Spirit, but then they have fallen-away, they have gone after people. They are not following Jesus.
Professing Christians go to church, they follow after their pastor. They are not following Jesus Christ, they are in relationship with the pastor, and the church, and in fellowship with other deceived believers, but they have no relationship with the Living God. They are lost. There is only one way, and that is Jesus Christ. He is the way and the truth and the life. Those who follow him are not in darkness. Obey the gospel of Jesus Christ, that which is recorded in the Gospels, Matthew, Mark, Luke and John. Repent, stop sinning, fall on your knees before Jesus Christ, and plead Him forgiveness of your past sins, with remorse. Turn away from your sins, be baptized in water, and seek Jesus with all your heart. Ask Him to fill you with His Holy Spirit, so that His Spirit will come and live in you, guide you, teach you. You will be in a real relationship with the Living God, but you have to go after Him everyday. Seek Him, follow Him, stay with Him. There's only one way to have life and that is to be in a real relationship with the Living God.
Dear friend, do you have a real relationship with Jesus Christ? Because that is what He wants with us, and from us. He wants to dwell with us and in us. He wants to have fellowship with us, but as long as we ignore Him. As long as we are occupied with other things, we will never have a real relationship with the Living God. Get serious. Seek Jesus with all your heart. Obey His gospel, His words, and He will reveal Himself to you. You will get to know Him for real, and you will have a real relationship with the Living God.

We live in a world that rejects discipline and correction. If a parent disciplines his child then he is arrested for felony child abuse and battery. A child cannot grow up without discipline and that is why God disciplines His children and He disciplines them severely because He wants to correct them.
It sometimes takes severe discipline for a child to change his ways and God knows how to deal with His children. We read in Hebrews 12:5-10 "Have you forgotten the exhortation which is addressed to you as sons, MY SON, DO NOT REGARD LIGHTLY THE DISCIPLINE OF THE LORD, NOR FAINT WHEN YOU ARE REPROVED BY HIM; 6 FOR THOSE WHOM THE LORD LOVES HE DISCIPLINES, AND HE SCOURGES EVERY SON WHOM HE RECEIVES. 7 It is for discipline that you endure; God deals with you as with sons; for what son is there whom his father does not discipline? 8 For if you are without discipline, of which all have become partakers, then you are illegitimate children and not sons. 9 Furthermore, we had earthly fathers to discipline us, and we respected them; shall we not much rather be subject to the Father of spirits, and live? 10 For they disciplined us for a short time as seemed best to them, but He disciplines us for our good, that we may share His holiness."
If you want to have eternal life and be a child of God, you must submit yourself to the discipline of God and He will get you right. He will discipline you until your behavior is changed so that you can be holy. Many believers never stop sinning, they never change their ways. They will not enter the Kingdom of Heaven because they do not SUBMIT themselves to the discipline of the Father.
In olden days the shepherds had a special way to treat a runaway sheep, one that always strayed. They would take him and break his leg and then they would fix up his leg but by the time that that leg grew back on, then that sheep would have learned not to stray because while his leg was healing he could not run away. If you accept Jesus as your Lord and God as your Father, He will discipline you and He might just break your leg because He cares for you. Many believers have "broken legs," many of them are being disciplined by God and they do not understand it. Many of them reject the discipline of God. Instead of going on their knees and say "Father what are You telling me? Why is everything in my life going wrong? They go to the doctors, they go to other people for help and they don't learn, they don't realize that God is disciplining them for their unholiness, for their disobedience. If you want to be a child of God, call yourself a Christian, God will discipline you. If you do not mend your ways, you will end up in hell but God is a good Father and He treats His own children severely because He disciplines them for their own good so that they can share in His holiness. Maybe God's Hand of discipline and chastisement is on you, dear friend and you have failed to see it all along. Get on your knees, submit yourself to the Father, accept His discipline and He will change you into an obedient child.
