Jesus Christ of Nazareth

The Savior, the Son of God, and the only way to the Father

Jesus is not merely a teacher from history. The Scriptures reveal Him as the promised Christ, the Word made flesh, the Lamb of God, the risen Lord, and the only name by which we must be saved.

Why Jesus came

Humanity is separated from God by sin. Jesus came into the world to save sinners. He lived without sin, gave His life on the cross, shed His blood for our redemption, and rose from the dead.

“For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost.” Luke 19:10

The call to repent and believe

Jesus proclaimed the kingdom of God and called people to repent and believe the gospel. Saving faith is more than knowing facts about Jesus; it trusts Him, receives His words, and follows Him as Lord.

Jesus is the only way

Jesus said plainly that no one comes to the Father except through Him. The apostles preached the same message: salvation is in no other name.

“Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved.” Acts 16:31
